Take the next step in your career with us. karriereheld stands for innovative recruiting and that's exactly why we don't want a CV or a cover letter from you at the beginning. It's especially important to us that it's a human fit!

Show interest via mail or WhatsApp
For each of our jobs you have the possibility to contact us by mail or WhatsApp. If you click on one of the buttons, we will automatically ask you to answer 3 short questions in your request. After that we will get back to you.
2.
Internal Skill and CulturalFit
Before a first interview you will receive your link to fill out our internal Skill- and CulturalFit. This way we get a deeper impression of you.
3.
Personal one-on-one interview
If we think you could be a good fit for us, we will invite you to a first meeting (on site or via video) with one of our team members. The main purpose here is to give you an insight into us and the job.
4.
Meeting with our team
In the last step, you get to know the entire team. This is where we talk about your experiences, ideas and wishes. You can also ask any questions you still have.
